  • The recalled lots carry best-by dates and lot codes as follows: Oct 29, 2025 — 4212; Oct 30, 2025 — 4213; Dec 04, 2025 — 4282; Feb 04, 2026 — 4310.
  • The product was sold at Walgreens, at independent retailers in AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, IA, MA, ME, MN, MS, MO, MT, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, VT, WI and WY, and online, and it was not sold in other large retail chains.
  • The FDA notes that even low-level lead exposure can raise blood lead levels in children and prolonged exposure can affect learning and development.
  • No illnesses have been reported, and consumers are advised to stop using affected pouches, check lot codes, and seek refunds or returns.
