Overview
- Eunice will test standardized disclosure templates inside the FCA’s Regulatory Sandbox with Coinbase, Crypto.com and Kraken.
- The live experiments will assess how structured, real-time disclosures perform in active market conditions and whether they improve user understanding.
- Results are intended to guide forthcoming disclosure requirements under the FCA’s multi-year Crypto Roadmap concluding with final rules in 2026.
- The project builds on the December 2024 Admissions and Disclosures discussion paper that sought technical input from industry participants.
- The FCA said the sandbox remains open year-round and invited firms working on similar transparency tools to apply.
