Dallas Acquires USMNT Defender Shaq Moore from Nashville SC

The 28-year-old signs a two-year deal with an option for 2027 in a trade involving up to $150,000 in General Allocation Money.

Shaq Moore, a U.S. Men's National Team defender, was traded from Nashville SC to FC Dallas for up to $150,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM).
The trade includes $50,000 in 2025 GAM and up to $100,000 in conditional GAM, as well as a sell-on percentage for Nashville if Moore is transferred outside MLS.
Moore, who previously played in the FC Dallas Academy in 2014, has signed a two-year contract with a club option to extend through 2027.
During his time with Nashville SC, Moore made 83 appearances across competitions, contributing two goals and 14 assists.
An experienced international player, Moore has earned 19 caps for the U.S. National Team, including appearances in the 2022 World Cup and 2024 Copa America.
