FBI seeks additional victims after woman escapes from cinder block cell built by suspected serial kidnapper and rapist

A woman in Oregon escaped her captor by breaking out of a homemade cinder block cell in his garage.
The suspect, Negasi Zuberi, posed as an undercover cop to abduct women and has been linked to sexual assaults in at least four other states.
Zuberi was arrested in Nevada and faces federal charges including kidnapping and transporting individuals across state lines to commit sexual crimes.
Investigators found disturbing notes about Zuberi's plans to control and imprison women.
Authorities believe there may be more victims and are asking the public for any information about Zuberi's crimes.
