• On June 7 near Logue Brook Dam, an unlicensed 16-year-old driver lost control of a Toyota LandCruiser carrying six teenagers.
• The vehicle rolled multiple times at Hoffman, south of Perth, killing 15-year-old Caitlyn Bragger and injuring five others.
