Overview

• Lakhpat Singh Kataria was chased, bludgeoned with a cricket bat and shot during his morning walk in Vijay Mandal Park, and he was declared dead at AIIMS Trauma Centre.
• Delhi Police arrested Khushi Ram, 47, and his son, who investigators say participated in the attack after conducting reconnaissance of the victim’s routine.
