Fashionphile Buys Luxe Collective to Launch First U.K. Division

The purchase marks Fashionphile’s first move into Europe with the Gallagher brothers installed to steer the relaunch.

Overview

  • The deal includes Luxe Collective’s intellectual property, customer database and social media accounts, and appoints Ben Gallagher as director of brand marketing and Joe Gallagher as director of operations.
  • Fashionphile U.K. went live Tuesday using the Luxe Collective domain as a temporary step, with all channels set to be rebranded as Fashionphile Collective.
  • A London flagship with an authentication center is planned for 2026, alongside offices, a warehouse, event space and a content studio.
  • U.K. customers will be offered Fashionphile’s direct-buyout model, paying sellers upfront rather than relying on consignment.
  • Luxe Collective had shut in May 2025 after a 2024 warehouse burglary that removed about £500,000 of inventory, leading to operational and financial strain.
