Farhan Zaidi Returns to Dodgers as Special Advisor After Giants Exit

The former Giants executive rejoins Los Angeles to assist the Dodgers and owner Mark Walter in various sports ventures.

Farhan Zaidi, who served as the Dodgers' general manager from 2014 to 2018, has been hired as a special advisor to the team.
Zaidi will also support Dodgers owner Mark Walter in managing other sports investments, including Chelsea FC and the Los Angeles Sparks.
Zaidi's tenure with the San Francisco Giants included a franchise-record 107-win season in 2021 but ended with his dismissal in September 2024 after several underwhelming seasons.
During his first stint with the Dodgers, Zaidi contributed to four division titles and two National League pennants, identifying key players like Max Muncy and Chris Taylor.
