• Over seven years, Chiarandini targeted Pierino Fanna’s family in Moimacco by using glifosate to poison century-old trees and contaminate their vegetable garden.

• Sister Rita Fanna filed multiple stalking complaints that the Udine prosecutor chose not to pursue, leaving the family with limited legal remedy until now.
