Overview

• Santa Clara officers responded to a 911 call around 6:18 a.m. on September 3 to a residence on Eisenhower Drive during a violent altercation between roommates.
• The first responding officer, identified as Robert Allsup, forced entry and fired four rounds after seeing Mohammed Nizamuddin allegedly stabbing a roommate.
