• Video obtained by Telemundo shows several apparent immigration agents surrounding the child outside the family’s Leominster home, with an agent heard saying, "Is that your daughter? Come here so I can see those IDs."
• The girl’s mother is heard pleading for her return and says her daughter is 5 years old and on the autism spectrum.
• Leominster police arrived and recovered the child, returning her to the family after the confrontation captured in the recording.
• Federal agents returned two days later and arrested the father, Edward Hip, who the family says has lived in the U.S. for about 22 years and is now held at an ICE detention center in Plymouth.
