Fall Registration Opens for Benito Juárez and Mi Beca Para Empezar

Short, staggered enrollment windows and school validation will determine when families begin to receive scholarship deposits.

Overview

  • The national Benito Juárez enrollment for upper‑secondary students will run from September 21 to September 30, 2026, with online sign‑ups through the official Becas portal.
  • Ciudad de México’s Mi Beca Para Empezar remains open for new applicants until October 30, 2026, and will start monthly and annual supply/uniform deposits once a registration is completed.
  • Benito Juárez pays 1,900 MXN every two months across the 10‑month school cycle and Mi Beca pays fixed monthly amounts by level (preescolar 600 MXN, primaria 650 MXN, CAM 600 MXN) plus a yearly deposit for supplies.
  • Registrations require a Llave MX or Llave CDMX account, the student CURP, the school CCT, a recent proof of address and, for minors, tutor identification; many states will hold Asambleas Informativas that explain the three‑step process of assembly, online registration and card delivery.
  • Payments depend on schools validating academic records so some states, including Michoacán, say new registrants will receive their first, retroactive deposits in December and families should expect benefits to be issued via Banco del Bienestar cards.
