Overview
- Nihon Falcom officially announced Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter as a full remake of Trails in the Sky SC, following 2025’s 1st Chapter remake.
- The release targets fall 2026 worldwide on PS5, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, and PC via Steam, with no Xbox or PS4 versions announced.
- GungHo Online Entertainment will publish in the West, with English and Japanese voice-overs and text support spanning English, German, French and Spanish on consoles, plus Japanese on PC.
- New features include additional Crafts and S-Crafts, the Brave Rush link mechanic, expanded orbment/Arts options, minigames like fishing and poker, cooking, new playable characters, and save-data carryover bonuses from 1st Chapter.
- An announcement trailer and teaser site are live with a spoiler warning for newcomers, and the game is available to wishlist on the PlayStation Store.
