- Police responded to 911 calls early Tuesday reporting a woman running semidesnuda on Avenida del Libertador and intercepted Candela Arizaga and Facundo Moyano several blocks away.
- Arizaga told investigators that Moyano did not hit her and said the episode resulted from drug consumption, and a medical examiner recorded only a minor knee injury consistent with a fall.
- Security-camera videos showing Moyano running behind Arizaga were added to the case file and will be analyzed alongside witness statements.
- Officers carried out a search of Moyano’s apartment, seized two cellphones, and Moyano refused blood and urine tests before he was brought for an indagatoria and released later that night while remaining imputado and subject to judicial restrictions.
