  • On August 5, a CSI Aviation Beechcraft 300 crashed and caught fire while landing at Chinle Municipal Airport in Arizona’s Navajo Nation, killing two pilots and two healthcare providers who were en route to pick up a patient.
  • The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board have launched a joint investigation, collecting flight data, maintenance records and weather information to determine the cause of the crash.
