• Manchester City, the current holders, will play against Luton Town in the fifth round.
• Liverpool will face either Watford or Southampton if they beat Norwich, while Manchester United will play either Bristol City or Nottingham Forest if they beat Newport County.
• Maidstone United, the only non-League team left in the draw, will play the winners of the Sheffield Wednesday and Coventry City replay.
• The fifth-round fixtures are scheduled to be played during the week commencing February 26, 2024.
