Ezra Manjon Leads Vanderbilt to Narrow Victory Over UNC Greensboro

Despite a strong comeback attempt by UNC Greensboro, Vanderbilt holds on to win 74-70

Ezra Manjon scored 24 points, including 14 in the second half, and was perfect from the line to help Vanderbilt secure a 74-70 victory over UNC Greensboro.
Colin Smith added 13 points and 11 rebounds for Vanderbilt, while Evan Taylor scored 12 points.
Keyshawn Langley and Mikeal Brown-Jones were the top scorers for UNC Greensboro, with 26 and 24 points respectively.
UNC Greensboro managed to cut Vanderbilt's lead to just two points twice in the final three minutes, but couldn't overcome the deficit.
Vanderbilt played without preseason second-team All-Southeastern Conference guard Tyrin Lawrence, starting forward Ven-Allen Lubin and reserve center Lee Dort, all of whom are injured and haven't played this season.
