• Unknown assailants blew up a Volks- und Raiffeisenbank ATM in Stadtlauringen on July 6 and fled in a dark BMW.
• A similar explosion targeted another Volks- und Raiffeisenbank ATM in Eckental at about 2:40 a.m. on July 7, with no injuries reported.
• The two blasts continue a wave of ATM attacks that destroyed 22 machines in Bavaria last year and saw 11 more attempts this year.
