Explosion in Alloa Flat Leaves One Dead, Cause Still Unknown

Graham Green, 50, has been identified as the victim of the blast, with investigations ongoing to determine the cause.

The explosion occurred in a block of flats in Kellie Place, Alloa, at around 6pm on Sunday.
Graham Green, 50, was killed in the incident, and his family has been notified, though formal identification is pending.
Three other individuals, including a 49-year-old woman and two men aged 19 and 72, sustained minor injuries and were treated at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
Gas has been ruled out as the cause of the explosion, and investigations by Police Scotland and the Health and Safety Executive continue.
Local authorities have provided support for displaced residents, with Alloa Town Hall serving as a temporary respite center.
