The six-member lineup underscores an unresolved dispute sidelining EXO-CBX.

Overview

  • The group released Reverxe on Jan. 19 at 6 p.m. KST with the Crown music video dropping simultaneously across SM’s channels and major platforms.
  • Reverxe features nine tracks spanning dance, R&B and pop, including previously previewed I'm Home and Back It Up.
  • Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, Sehun and Lay participate, while Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin are absent due to an ongoing contract conflict with SM Entertainment.
  • EXO held a fan showcase at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall on Jan. 19, and a themed pop-up, Reverxe The World, runs at The Hyundai Seoul from Jan. 20–27.
  • Crown is a hard-dance track blending Atlanta-style trap drums, heavy metal guitar riffs and EDM synths, with choreography built around seizing and placing a crown; early performance includes topping iTunes Top Albums in 35 regions and a double platinum digital certification on QQ Music.
