Ex-Wife Charged With Murder of Microsoft Executive Shot in Front of Daughter

Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan was fatally shot in front of his 2-year-old daughter in Jacksonville Beach, Florida in February 2022.
Bridegan's ex-wife, Shanna Gardner-Fernandez, has been arrested in Washington state and charged with first-degree murder.
Two other suspects, including Gardner-Fernandez's current husband Mario Fernandez-Saldana, were previously arrested for their alleged roles in the murder plot.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Gardner-Fernandez and Fernandez-Saldana.
The motive appears to stem from a bitter custody dispute between Bridegan and Gardner-Fernandez over their young twins.
