Ex-Twitter Chairman Sues Elon Musk's X for $20 Million

Omid Kordestani claims the company is withholding stock options from his tenure as executive chairman.

Kordestani served as Twitter's executive chairman from 2015 to 2020, later joining the board until 2022.
The lawsuit alleges X Corp. is refusing to pay out $20 million in stock options owed to Kordestani.
Four other former Twitter executives have also sued Musk for unpaid compensation totaling $128 million.
Kordestani's compensation package was largely stock-based after leaving a lucrative position at Google.
The lawsuit was filed in California Superior Court, adding to a series of claims against Musk's management.
