Ex-Trump Lawyer Tacopina: Trump 'Absolutely' Could Be Convicted

Despite facing serious federal cases, Trump still leads in Republican presidential nomination polls.

Former Trump lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, who recently withdrew from representing the ex-president, stated in an interview that it is 'absolutely' possible Trump could be convicted in one of his federal criminal cases.
Tacopina represented Trump in the Manhattan case accusing the former president of falsifying business records in connection with a payoff to porn star Stormy Daniels, but left the team due to 'personal reasons'.
Tacopina warned that the federal cases in Georgia and Washington, D.C. are 'serious cases' and 'not to be taken lightly'.
Despite the legal issues Trump is facing, he continues to lead in the polls for the Republican nomination for president.
Trump was indicted four times last year, including for alleged election interference in Georgia, falsifying business records in New York City, improper retention of classified records from his time in the White House, and charges related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
