Griffin, who resigned from her position in December 2020, warned of the dangers of a second Trump presidency, stating that the country could be 'careening into' a dictatorship if Trump were to be re-elected.
She also claimed that Trump has an 'enemies list' that includes the media, and that he would 'truly go after the media in a second term.'
Griffin further alleged that Trump plans to 'fire civil servants with expertise and non-partisan people' and 'staff the government with loyalists' if he were to be re-elected.
Griffin's claims confirm an incident first reported by Wall Street Journal reporter Michael Bender in his 2021 book, 'Frankly, We Did Win This Election.'
