Ex-Terraform Labs Kwon's Fraud Trial Postponed to March

The trial delay allows for Kwon's extradition from Montenegro, where he is currently held on a prior conviction.

Do Kwon, former CEO of Terraform Labs, is facing a jury trial on fraud claims related to the collapse of algorithmic stablecoin Terra USD.
The trial, originally scheduled for January 29, has been postponed to March 25 to allow for Kwon's extradition from Montenegro.
Kwon's lawyers have stated that he will not make additional requests for adjournment of the trial date, even if he is not able to attend the trial on the new date.
Kwon has been held in Montenegro since his arrest in March last year for attempting to travel with forged documents.
Last month, U.S. District Court Judge Jed Rakoff ruled that Terraform and Kwon violated U.S. law by failing to register TerraUSD and Luna.
