Ex-PTO Treasurer, Another Man Summoned in Alleged $15K Theft From Freetown-Lakeville Middle School PTO

Police say the case stems from fraudulent transactions traced to late spring after the group reported missing money in August.

  • James Granville-Wilmot, 41, of Assonet, was also charged with conspiracy in connection with the case.

  • Criminal complaints were issued Sept. 5 in Wareham District Court, and both men were scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.
