Overview
- Marco Presa testified that mass phone messages were discussed from the 17:00 start of the Cecopi meeting, he learned of the draft at 18:59 via Aurora Roca, and the alert reached phones at 20:11.
- He attributed the delay to a dispute between subdirector Jorge Suárez and firefighter chief José Miguel Basset plus the time needed to enter the text into the application used to send it.
- Presa said the final wording was prepared by Basset, Suárez and another person without direct intervention from Consellera Salomé Pradas.
- According to his account, Pradas pressed to use official channels such as 112 and a media WhatsApp group, and he was sent to check the sending before notifying her it had gone out.
- He described earlier hours as operationally calm, provided his videos to the court while noting some were deleted, and records show he urgently requested an À Punt news clip at 16:40.
