• James appeared at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on July 9, and three indictable charges under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 moved her case to Salisbury Crown Court
• She is accused of 13 offences including three counts of penetrative sexual activity, three counts of non-penetrative acts, two counts of sexual communication with a child, one count of making an indecent image and four counts of abusing a position of trust
• Wiltshire Police allege the offences took place between September 2019 and November 2023 in the Fareham area, Chippenham and Staffordshire
• Magistrates granted her conditional bail barring any direct or indirect contact with the three complainants and any unsupervised contact with children under 16
• James, who denies all charges, is due to appear at Salisbury Crown Court on August 7 for a plea and trial preparation hearing
