Ex-Partner Confesses in Double Killing Outside Salvador Church as Police Cite Femicide

• Victims were identified as Lívia Denise Dias de Souza, 23, and Arthur Cesar Santos de Santana, 25, who were fatally shot on Dec. 23 after trying to take shelter inside a church on Avenida ACM in Brotas.
