Ex-NBA G League Player and Ex-Girlfriend Face Murder Charge

Chance Comanche and Sakari Harnden to be tried together in the killing of Marayna Rodgers, with Comanche's next court date set for February 8.

Former NBA G League player, Chance Comanche, and his ex-girlfriend, Sakari Harnden, are facing murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy charges in the killing of Marayna Rodgers, whose body was found last month in southern Nevada.
Comanche, who played for the Stockton Kings before his arrest on December 15, allegedly admitted to strangling Rodgers, a medical assistant, on December 6.
Comanche and Harnden are to be tried together as the Clark County District Attorney intends to combine all the cases against them.
Both Comanche and Harnden are currently jailed in Las Vegas, with Comanche's next court date set for February 8.
Following his arrest, Comanche was dropped by the Stockton Kings, the NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings.
