• Jennifer C. told Toulouse investigators on July 23–24 that Jubillar confessed in prison visits to having strangled Delphine inside their Cagnac-les-Mines home.
• She reported that Jubillar claimed he had “thought of everything” and was sure no one saw him commit the act yet refused to pinpoint the burial site.
• Jubillar indicated the body lies in a secluded location he scouted a month before Delphine’s disappearance but would not give its exact whereabouts.
• During a subsequent visit, he threatened Jennifer C., warning she would “end up next to” Delphine if she betrayed him.
