• On May 27, Capricorn Clark testified that Combs arrived at her New York home in December 2011 armed with a gun, ordered her into his vehicle and drove her to Kid Cudi’s Los Angeles residence to kill him.
• Clark said that after the alleged break-in, Combs threatened to kill her and other aides if they failed to convince Cudi that he was not responsible for the intrusion.
• She recounted being held in a largely empty Manhattan building for five days and forced to undergo repeated lie detector tests under threat of violence following accusations of missing diamond jewelry.
• Clark described witnessing Combs repeatedly kick his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura outside his home, leaving Ventura curled in a fetal position as security personnel stood by.
