Ex-Alabama Basketball Player Denied Bail After Providing Gun Used in Fatal Shooting

Darius Miles, a former basketball player at the University of Alabama, was denied bond for his role in providing the gun used in the fatal shooting of Jamea Jonae Harris.
Miles and Michael Lynn Davis were indicted on capital murder charges for Harris' death in January.
Miles told police he gave Davis the gun used to kill Harris after an altercation between Davis and Harris' boyfriend.
Miles pleaded not guilty, but was denied bond for the second time while awaiting trial.
Harris was shot in downtown Tuscaloosa following an argument between the two groups.
