Ewan McGregor Honored with Hollywood Walk of Fame Star

Ewan McGregor, 53, received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, becoming the 2,789th inductee.
The star's placement next to Carrie Fisher's star was particularly meaningful to McGregor, who played Obi-Wan Kenobi alongside her Princess Leia.
Hayden Christensen, who portrayed Anakin Skywalker, praised McGregor as the 'best Jedi master' and 'the coolest man on the planet' during his induction speech.
Director Mike Mills also spoke, highlighting McGregor's authenticity and the positive impact he had on the crew of the film Beginners.
McGregor's extensive career includes notable roles in Trainspotting, Moulin Rouge!, and the Star Wars prequels, as well as an OBE for services to drama and charity.
