Overview
- Hartheimer was arrested in Memphis on Oct. 23 and charged with attempted production of child pornography and transfer of obscene material to a minor, according to a warrant.
 - An FBI agent posing as a 15-year-old engaged with a Grindr user called “Tomm” on Oct. 19 before the conversation moved to Snapchat, where sexual acts and photos were discussed, the affidavit states.
 - Investigators say IP data from Snapchat and address records from Comcast linked the “Tomm” account to Hartheimer.
 - Evolve Bank confirmed Hartheimer’s termination and said it is cooperating with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, describing the case as a personal matter unrelated to bank operations.
 - The bank has assigned finance chief Mark Mosteller and general counsel Joelle Weltzin to oversee day-to-day operations for now.
