- Colin Chong, the interim CEO, will remain in a key role overseeing the completion of Everton's new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock and the future of Goodison Park.
- The club is also planning additional senior appointments and has begun preparations for the summer transfer window with input from manager David Moyes.
