- City Hall will remain closed through Thursday, Sept. 17 after a cybersecurity incident discovered on Sunday, Sept. 6 that affected the city’s internal network and technology systems.
- Basic services are being routed to the Connolly Center at 90 Chelsea St., open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and residents are asked to call 311 for help while in-person offices stay shut.
- Police, fire and public works are operating normally as Everett IT staff, outside cyber response teams and law enforcement work around the clock to restore systems.
