Evenflo Recalls About 325,000 Revolve360 Slim Car Seats for Headrest Foam Choking Risk

Free repair kits are being sent following an NHTSA finding of unsecured headrest foam.

Overview

  • The recall covers specific Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim seats with model number 3681 made from Dec. 1, 2022 through Dec. 8, 2024.
  • Regulators say children can pick off pieces of headrest foam that pose a choking hazard, though the foam is non-toxic and crash performance is unaffected.
  • Evenflo plans to mail notification letters by Oct. 31, with free repair kits containing tape and instructions shipping in early November.
  • All affected units were sold in the United States and Canada, and owners may continue using seats if the foam remains intact and out of reach.
  • Owners can confirm eligibility on the white label on the back of the seat shell, note that other Revolve360 variants are not included, and contact ParentLink at 1-800-233-5921 for help.
