- NGP led the growth round with participation from EV Realty’s management team to accelerate a California hub buildout.
- Construction has started on a San Bernardino facility with 76 DC fast-charging ports, four pull-through Megawatt Charging System stalls, and roughly 9.9 MW of planned grid capacity, with opening targeted later this year.
- The site is positioned by the San Bernardino Intermodal Facility, large warehouse clusters, and Interstates 10 and 215 to serve regional and short-haul Class 8 trucks in the Inland Empire.
- The project has support from the South Coast Air Quality Management District and a conditional EnergIIZE Commercial Vehicles award funded by the California Energy Commission.
- EV Realty operates five California hubs and is expanding its Powered Properties network through in-house grid and fleet mapping, a Prologis partnership, and assets acquired from Gage Zero.
