Eurostar Rolls Out First New Staff Uniform in Over a Decade

The 54-piece range co-created with employees prioritizes inclusivity with sustainable sourcing.

Overview

  • From 1 October 2025, roughly 2,600 employees across all routes are wearing the new collection following a catwalk reveal at Paris-Nord.
  • The interchangeable range was developed over about two and a half years with input from 80 staff to fit all genders, body types and personal styles.
  • French designer Emmanuelle Plescoff led the project, blending navy simplicity with a graffiti-print neckerchief and green Dr. Martens as nods to Eurostar’s European network.
  • Production is located in Euromed-region factories that Eurostar says meet ESG standards, using recycled polyester and organic cotton fabrics.
  • Eurostar is launching a uniform recycling program with Cepovett in France and Belgium and Race Recycling in the UK, aligning the refresh with a ‘one uniform, one team’ push to strengthen the passenger experience and support growth to 30 million travelers.
