Europol Updates List of Most Wanted Criminals with Two New French Fugitives

Europol has added 24 new names to its list of Europe's most wanted fugitives, including two French nationals, Dominique Delattre and Karim Ouali, who join Farid Toloun already on the list since 2022.
Dominique Delattre, 62, nicknamed 'La Vioque,' escaped prison in 2000 after being sentenced to 20 years for a violent armed robbery in 1997 that left a security guard seriously injured.
Karim Ouali, 48, is wanted for the 2011 murder of a colleague with a hatchet at the Bâle-Mulhouse airport, fleeing after meticulously preparing his escape with cash, vehicles, and deceptive tactics.
Farid Toloun, 51, a convicted armed robber and drug trafficker, is considered particularly dangerous for his involvement in a deadly 2005 gang operation in Lyon and his willingness to fire on law enforcement.
Europol emphasizes that all fugitives on the list are armed and dangerous, urging the public to report any sightings anonymously through its website rather than approaching them directly.
