EU Meets Shein After France's Crackdown Over Alleged Illegal Listings

Brussels is weighing Digital Services Act enforcement rather than an EU-wide shutdown.

Overview

  • European Commission officials are meeting Shein representatives on Friday to consider potential action under the Digital Services Act following France’s request.
