Ethics Complaint Filed Against Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson

Allegations Include Failure to Disclose Husband's Income and Investiture Celebration Funding

Conservative think tank, the Center for Renewing America, has filed an ethics complaint against Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, alleging she failed to disclose her husband's medical malpractice consulting income for over a decade.
The complaint also suggests that Justice Jackson may not have disclosed the private funding sources for her investiture celebration at the Library of Congress.
The Center for Renewing America has requested that the Judicial Conference refer the matter to Attorney General Merrick Garland for potential investigation.
The complaint comes amidst increased scrutiny over potential ethics violations by Supreme Court justices, with Justice Clarence Thomas also recently under the spotlight.
Justice Jackson has not yet responded to the allegations.
