Estranged Wife and Family Arrested in Bengaluru Techie’s Suicide Case

Bengaluru police arrested Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha, and brother Anurag after tracking their locations in Gurugram and Prayagraj using a phone call mistake.
The arrests follow the death of Atul Subhash, who left a 24-page suicide note and an 80-minute video alleging harassment and extortion by his estranged wife and her family.
Nikita and her family have been remanded to 14 days of judicial custody while police continue their investigation into the allegations.
Nikita denies the accusations, claiming she faced harassment from Atul and had been living separately from him for nearly three years.
Atul’s father has appealed for custody of his grandson, as the case has sparked public outcry and highlighted legal challenges in similar disputes.
