Smith's tirade was in response to Whitlock's criticism of the factual accuracy of Smith's memoir, 'Straight Shooter: A Memoir of Second Chances and First Takes.'
Whitlock, who hosts a show on right-wing network BlazeTV, has been critical of Smith on many occasions, including on his own show.
Smith claimed that Whitlock has 'napalmed' bridges instead of burning them and even went as far as to say that Whitlock was worse than a white supremacist.
In response to Smith's rant, Whitlock took to social media, stating that Smith made a 'fool of himself' and that he didn't know that the ESPN star 'was this limited.'
