Overview

  • ESPN becomes the exclusive U.S. home for WWE premium live events starting Sept. 20, debuting with Wrestlepalooza from Indianapolis at 7 p.m. ET on the new app with John Cena atop the card.
  • Peacock’s final WWE PLE is Clash in Paris on Aug. 31 after WWE fulfilled its required dates through expanded two-night events, according to reporting and a person with knowledge.
  • Crown Jewel on Oct. 11 and Survivor Series on Nov. 29 will also stream on ESPN; NXT PLEs continue on Peacock as WWE and NBCUniversal discuss new main-roster programming and the fate of the broader archive remains unclear.
  • ESPN’s direct-to-consumer service launches Aug. 21 at $29.99 per month, and WWE PLEs will be available to subscribers on the app’s unlimited plan with select simulcasts possible on linear ESPN.
  • Authentication access differs by provider, with DirecTV, Charter, Hulu + Live TV, FuboTV and Verizon Fios offering no‑extra‑cost access per reports, while others lack agreements; the Sept. 20 event will also run opposite AEW’s All Out.
