ESPN Renews Five-Year PLL Media Rights Deal, Acquires 3% Stake

  • The agreement spans the 2026 through 2030 seasons and secures ESPN’s exclusive media rights for the Premier Lacrosse LeagueESESPN’s linear TV and streaming platforms will carry all PLL regular-season, All-Star, playoff and championship games along with Women’s Lacrosse League matchups.
  • As part of the deal, ESPN has taken a 3% minority equity stake in the league to deepen its strategic partnership.
  • Since its 2018 inception, the PLL has posted a 34% increase in paid ticket sales, a 13% rise in attendance and more than double its sponsorship revenue.
