Overview
- Green was captured at about 3:55 p.m. and confirmed back in custody around 4 p.m., then rebooked into the Marion County Jail by 4:30 p.m.
- Authorities say he jumped out of the back of a Community Corrections transport van around 11:15 a.m. and ran north from the county’s Justice Way campus.
- He was in trip gear with his wrists and ankles cuffed as police deployed drones, K9s and search teams that ultimately focused on encampments along Southeastern Avenue.
