Overview

• The nationwide recall covers four-liter and 10-liter models sold from November 2022 through July 2025 at Walmart, Ross and online retailers including Amazon.
• Affected units were manufactured before August 2024 in pink, white, aqua and hot pink, with model and serial numbers listed on labels on the back or bottom of the fridges.
• Consumers are told to stop using and unplug the fridges, then register online for a refund by submitting photos of the door marked “RECALL,” the label with model and serial numbers, and the cut, unplugged cord.
• Epoca and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission report 27 incidents of overheating or fires limited to the units and nearby surfaces, with no reported injuries.
