England retain Six Nations title in tight win over France before record crowd

England won their fifth straight women's Six Nations title with a Grand Slam.
They beat France 38-33 in front of a record-breaking crowd at Twickenham.
England struggled with nerves at first but pulled away from France to go into the break with a commanding 33-0 lead.
France rallied in the second half but England held on for the win.
Abby Dow scored England's first try and Marlie Packer and Alex Matthews also powered over.
